Clayderman recently turned 63 and he is one of the world’s most successful pianists with a rich and diverse career that started four decades ago. He recorded over 1200 songs and his biggest hit ever is “Ballade Pour Adeline” that was sold in 22 million copies in 38 different countries. Clayderman is considered one of the world’s most successful instrumental artists along with others like Kenny G and more.

During his career, Richard Clayderman sold more than 85 million albums and had more than 340 gold and platinum albums. He created a new romantic style through a repertoire that combines his original melodies with classics and pop standards. The phenomenal artist devoted much of his time to performing, going as far as playing 200 shows in 250 days. The Guinness Book of World Records noted him as “the most successful pianist in the world”.

His previous visits in Israel were extremely successful with multiple sold out concerts.
